We are subletting a room in our cozy flat in Elephant and Castle between early June and mid/late August (maybe Sep) and are looking for friendly and easy-going flatmates of all ages, occupations and genders happy to live with myself and my twin brother before a close friend of ours moves in at the end of summer. For those who WFH, the room will come furnished with a desk and chair.
The flat is in a walk up building, with a small front balcony, a cozy shared living room where I will occasionally work on projects, one toilet and bathroom and a well-equipped kitchen. Rent is £784 exc bills, and the room comes part furnished.
Location is great, 10 mins walk from either Elephant or Borough Northern and Bakerloo tube stops, loads of local buses, and 10 mins cycle from Waterloo, London Bridge, Camberwell etc.
