Looking for a flatmate to occupy 3rd room, furnished with newly constructed bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers, in spacious Kennington apartment. Very well connected, 10 mins away from Kennington Station, 20 mins walking from London College of Communication. Preferably looking for female flatmates but all inquiries are welcome.

Flat has a small balcony and garden access, comes fully furnished, one shared bathroom, living room with TV and kitchen is shared. You will be sharing the space with two other people. We are sociable and easy going but enjoy our own space, would prefer a roommate who is comfortable with smokers in the house. We cook a lot of Indian food, generally keep things quiet and peaceful and we would appreciate a person willing to help out with chores (cleaning the house, taking the trash out etc.). Would appreciate someone with compatible schedules as we are both working typical 9-5s.

Bills are usually around £60 per month. Has a Dishwasher, Washing machine and Oven. Please DM ASAP for viewing.
