I'm excited to be looking to fill the 3rd bedroom in our lovely flat as our housemate is following her dreams and moving to aus.

We are 2 girls - Rose (27) and Annie (25). Were sociable, chatty and easygoing. We are working professionals who love the outdoors, keeping active and going for coffee or drinks at the pub who also value down time and chilling at home as well. We're both super clean and have our own social circles but would love someone who wants to be more than just a housemate.

The room☀️ It is a large but cozy room with a kingsized bed, and ensuite. It has a large wardrobe and can also have a desk if needed. It looks out onto the private area so isn’t overlooked.

The flat🏠 3 bedroom ground floor flat in a quiet block considering how central it is. It has a large open plan Kitchen and living room, The kitchen is well equipped including a dishwasher (big win!). ‎There is also underground parking if needed.
The flat is located in a brilliant location super close to transport links
- 5 minute walk from borough station,
- 10 mins to London Bridge and Elephant & Castle.
- ‎It is also walking distance from the City of London.

The room is available from the beginning of September. Rent is £1400 and bills are around £150 per month all in. For couples but the rent would be a little more, but bills would be a little cheaper.

We would love someone sociable, clean and tidy who is a similar vibe to share the occasional dinner, or catch up over a coffee and would love a cosy and happy home with a laugh and debreif inbetween everyones busy lives!
