Hello everyone!
Veggie/vegan and LGBTQ+ friendly household looking for someone to rent a small - but super lovely and cozy - double bedroom in our beautiful house on Lambeth Walk. The room comes partly furnished with a double bed and shelves, and space just outside the room to put your own wardrobe or chest of drawers (or both). Due to the size of the room this space may not be ideal for people working from home, but we’re be happy to discuss options.
It’s a 4 bed house, 1.5 bathrooms, a large kitchen, living room and garden.
You'll be living with:
• Cecilia, 33, Italian, and a florist
• Tim, 35, British, and a campaigner at an NGO
• Poppy, 30, Dutch/British/Indonesian/Cypriot, also working in the charity sector
We all love to cook and have meals together when we're all around. Equally love spending time in our beautiful garden and having friends over for BBQs weather permitting.
Lambeth Walk is a pretty and quiet residential street, shops nearby, and the river is only a two minute walk away! The closest stations are Vauxhall, Kennington and Lambeth North - all roughly a 10/15 minute walk. We’re also 15/20 minutes away from Waterloo Station.
If you think you might be a good fit for this household, and want to make somewhere a home, then please drop us a message and tell us a bit about yourself
The rent is literally and honestly 550 quid
We're planning viewings on 14, 15 and 16 June - send us a message if you're available then!
