You will have the whole 2nd floor consisting of 2 rooms & landing, 1 bedroom and 1 lounge room with connecting landing. (The amenities list only has option for shared lounge, it's not shared it's basically your own 1 bed flat)

Professional person I work Monday to Friday days and live a fairly quiet chilled life. I enjoy walking, kayaking, sailing and skiing when I can. Love cooking, eating out & good wine.

I have a flatlet available - double bedroom with your own private lounge & landing. I have my own room & lounge downstairs so we just share the kitchen & bathroom/shower room.

Looking for quiet, easy going person with respect for each others privacy, (but who also enjoy the odd shared meal if wanted. I used to be a chef so do enjoy cooking for people.)

Rent includes all bills, (electric, gas, water, TV licence & council tax.) Also includes 350gb Wi-Fi and private parking space. Also including Netflix & Disney+.
