The flat is surprisingly quiet considering the location. Brockwell park is a 12 minute walk away and Herne Hill 14 minutes.

The bedroom is furnished with a huge chest of drawers, a small chest of drawers, a king size bed mattress, a little shelf, two book shelves and a clothes rack.

It's a big room - about 13 square meters. There is plenty of space to add a desk and chair as well.

The room is very light with 2 big windows.

There is a shared bathroom and a well-equipped kitchen.

My 11 year old daughter is here with me every other weekend.
