Large, bright double bedroom available on a residential street in a Streatham Hill house share. I am sad to be moving out as this is a really nice house with a garden lovely to sit in during summer!

Situated on a quiet residential road. House includes a kitchen, study room, and a large living room. Two bathroom suites and a private rear garden. Streatham Hill Rail Station close by (5-10 mins walk), provides access to Central London via Clapham Junction and London Victoria. Brixton is a short bus ride away (10-15 mins).

The house is furnished. The room is not but I'm open to discussion on leaving furniture (e. g. bed; drawers etc). Room includes a large wardrobe, window overlooking the garden, fireplace and sink.

You would be living with three male professionals aged 26-29. All are great people who are up to do fun activities like going to the pub, going for hikes, watching films/TV together and sometimes to meals together but also respect personal space. So you get the best of both worlds!

Bills approx £100 a month. CT band F.

Move date either May or June, with tenancy starting on the 9th, and running until March 2026.
