We have 2 rooms available as me and flatmate are sadly moving out of my lovely rooms in Brixton. I am moving in with a friend and he is moving back to Aus so we would be staying if not for legit reasons.

We have 2 rooms available:

Room 1 - smaller room with bed, chest of drawers and clothing rack included.

Move in may be subject to landlord referencing timeline but these dates are around when they should be available.
The house is huge with a big lounge room, kitchen, 3 bathrooms and a garden area. The current housemates are all working professionals with different work schedules. The house has seen an iteration of people from differing friend groups come and go but we do like to hang outs sometimes, watch films and chat in the kitchen when we can between our busy schedules.

Roommates:
Tim (35) is a French game designer.
Alex (31) is a hospitality drink guy who will give you some nice drinks when he can.
Charlotte (27) is a Doctor from up north.
