Amenities wise, the flat is very well located: 9m away from Brixton Tube station, 10-15m from Herne Hill train station and 3m away from Brockwell Park. There is a medium sized Sainsbury's 2m away and a large Tesco 10m away. Share living room, kitchen and bathroom with just one other person, myself.
