Looking for someone to take over my room in a lovely, friendly house on Brixton Hill.

The house has a really relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, with great housemates who are friendly, respectful and easy to live with. It’s a good balance between having your own space and actually enjoying living with the people around you.

* Good transport links into Central London and surrounding areas
* Relaxed house atmosphere – no drama and everyone is respectful of each other’s space.
* Super lovely Landlady

The cons 😂
* You may occasionally have to direct Uber Eats drivers to the house because apparently the postcode alone isn’t enough.
* Brixton can be lively, so if you’re looking for complete silence 24/7, this probably isn’t the place.

I’m only leaving because I’m tired of London commuting so moving back home. I’d ideally like to find someone who is friendly, clean, considerate and looking for a relaxed home rather than just somewhere to sleep.

Would want someone with good references and a steady income for ref/credit checks.
