I am moving in with my partner and I’m looking for a female, aged 20-30 who’s clean and tidy to take over my room.

The room is in a vibrant 2 bed flat, on the top floor of a safe building (with only 3 other flats), 3 minute walk from Brixton station. The room comes unfinished but I’m happy to leave my bed and mattress as I don’t need it anymore.

You will be living with my best friend. She’s clean, tidy, considerate and would love to live with someone likeminded. She’s in her mid 20’s, loves a girlie day, chazza shopping and grabbing a matcha.

We are 3 minutes walk from Brixton station. The flat is in a secured building There are parking permits if you have a car. We are a 10 minute walk to Brockwell park. We’ve got a huge Tesco 1 minute walk away and a Lidl 3 minute walk away.
