Good sized flat with a large living room, 2 double bedrooms and balcony with a breathtaking view of Central London and beyond. Communal rooftop patio also accessible.

Flat is furnished despite the pics.

I am assuming the tenancy of friends who currently live here in September, and I am looking for a flatmate to join me.

Bus stop is on the road adjacent, with 4 bus routes heading straight to Brixton (5-10mins) for the Victoria line, or opposite direction for Streatham Hill (rail to Clapham Junction/Victoria).

You’ll be sharing with my my humble self:
28 yr old auditor, sociable, likes cultural excursions (galleries, orchestras, films @ BFI/PCC), day trips, and sinking a few at the pub (pub quizzes and darts ideal post work night). Been in London nearly 7yrs now, so pretty settled but always keen to go explore new areas and activities.
