Hi! I’m moving out to live with my brother, so I’m looking for someone to take over my room in this 4 bed shared house, located between Brixton and Clapham.

The room is spacious and bright, with plenty of storage (built-in wardrobes with storage in the basement). The room is furnished with a double bed and a desk, perfect for WFH!

The shared spaces are nice, with an enormous bathroom shared with one housemate, and a nice big living room. The kitchen leads directly out to a private garden.

The housemates are two girls and a guy, all in their 20s. Everyone’s friendly, tidy and independent — happy doing their own thing but also always up for a chat or the occasional pub outing.

Price: £1150 (+ bills + council tax, approx £170) p/m

Dates: Move in date either 11th April or 11th May, with initial contract for 6 months and option to extend.
