Hello! I’m moving in with my partner at the end of March so I’m looking for someone to take over my part of the tenancy.

The room is a furnished double room with plenty of storage space. The rent is £1,150 a month and bills are approx. £170 a month (but can be cheaper in the summer).

The flat is a top floor, 2 bed located in Oval with a spacious living room and kitchen. Oval, Kennington, Stockwell and Vauxhall stations are all within walking distance with easy commutes to central London.

You would be living with my flatmate who is a postgraduate student in her early 20’s. She’s very friendly but also respects your space.

The tenancy is until September 2026 with the option of extending.
