We have a double room available in our house in Upper Tulse Hill.

10 minutes on the bus to Brixton, Sainsburys 10 minute walk.

House is pretty straightforward, 2 toilets upstairs and downstairs, newly renovated kitchen this month and flooring.

You'd be sharing with 3 guys, all professional, but we've known each other for a long time so everyone's friendly.

We're looking for someone who's a good match, chill at home and friendly
as opposed to a lodger.

Everyone's busy but we're looking for someone we can gel with so we have a nice atmosphere at home and equally for you to feel welcome.
