The room is furnished with a double bed, high ceilings, plenty of storage space, and gets good natural light. The flat has a shared living room with an open-plan kitchen and a clean bathroom.

The location is great: it’s 5 minutes’ walk to the bus stop and easy to get to Brixton and Clapham.

I’m a female working professional living in the other bedroom and I’m looking for someone similar who’s friendly, social, easy-going, and tidy.

I’m looking for someone who’d like to have relaxed evenings at home, shared dinners or chats, the occasional drink at the pub, and a calm, comfortable atmosphere. I’d really like to live with someone who enjoys being around and building a genuinely friendly dynamic.
