I have a lovely two bedroom apartment with a bright and spacious double bedroom available with built in wardrobe space, picture on ad to show!
The flat is super cosy and split level, with a bright and big sitting room with bay windows looking into the garden, and fab kitchen great for cooking.
The flat is a short walk to Streatham Hill Station and a 25 minute walk to Brixton or loads of buses that go that way. You are also only a 25 minute walk to Clapham & Balham so very much in the middle of lots of good locations with fab transport links.
It is me living in the property, I am 32 years old and work in property. I love cooking, holidays and lots more and am looking for a friendly and tidy flatmate. :)
The flat is available from the 1 March but I can be flexible if needed sooner: it’s £995 pcm including bills.
