I have a fully furnished double room available for a short-term sublet in a two-bedroom flat in Oval, available now until 13th September.
The room has a double bed, a large built-in wardrobe with plenty of storage, l, drawers and mirrors. It also has a lovely big window, so there’s natural light. It’s comfortable, has everything you need and the built-in storage makes really good use of the space.
The flat has a shared kitchen/dining area and a garden 🪴
You’d be sharing with me: I’m a singer-songwriter and self-employed, so I’m often working flexibly from home and I also dogsit sometimes so ideally you’d like small dogs.
Looking for someone who’ll feel at home here rather than it feeling like a temporary Airbnb situation.
📍Location is really convenient:
* 6-minute walk to Oval station (Northern line)
* 16-minute walk to Stockwell (Victoria + Northern lines)
* 19-minute walk to Vauxhall
* Brixton is just down the road, with Clapham and Battersea also easy to get to
* Battersea Park is around a 45-minute walk away
💵Single: £220 per week, bills included.
Couples: £250 per week, bills included.
🗓️Available immediately until 13 September.
There may be some flexibility on price depending on your move-in date and whether you’re taking the room for the full remaining period.
Ideally looking for someone friendly, clean, respectful and easy to live with. If you’re interested, send me a little bit about yourself, what you do and the dates you’d need the room for.
