We have a bright and spacious double room available in a lovely three-bed flat right next to Brockwell Park.

The flat has excellent transport links, sitting just a 15-minute walk from Brixton Tube Station and a 10-minute walk from Herne Hill train station. There are plenty of great shops, pubs, and restaurants nearby, plus a large Sainsbury’s just 5 minutes away.

The flat features a spacious shared living room and a balcony.

Bills come to approximately £160 per month, which includes council tax, internet, water, and gas.

You’ll be sharing with two young professionals in our early 30s. We both work full-time, mostly from the office but occasionally from our rooms. The shared space is not suitable for WFH, but there is a desk in the room.

We are friendly, clean, and respectful of shared spaces, and we are looking for someone with a similar vibe who wants to make this place feel like home.

We occasionally host dinner parties and enjoy socialising together at home, but this definitely isn't a party flat. We both have busy lives outside the flat, creating a nice, healthy balance between catching up and doing our own thing.

We are looking for a full-time professional in their late 20s to mid-30s.
