The room:
The room is a large double with loads of storage and great natural light. It overlooks the garden and there’s plenty of space for a desk if you work from home. The bathroom is spacious and shared with one other flatmate. The kitchen/living area is bright and comfortable.

The area:
The flat is really well connected - Northern Line and Victoria Line nearby, plus plenty of buses. You can be in the city in around 20-25 minutes. The tube station is about a 6-minute walk, and Clapham High Street is around 10 minutes away with loads of great cafés, bars, and restaurants. There are also big Tesco, Sainsbury’s, and Lidl all within walking distance.

The flatmates:
You’d be sharing with two of us - myself and Eamon. I’m 23, originally from Dublin, and work in accounting. Eamon’s 27, from Cambridge, and works in consulting. We’re both easygoing, social, and like hanging out in the evenings. Big into sport (running, football, padel) and also enjoy going out.

Who we’re looking for:
We’re looking for a professional flatmate around a similar age who’s tidy, easygoing, and up for being social. Ideally someone who’s happy to hang out now and then but also respects everyone’s space.
