Hi,

Great en suite room available about 10 mins walk away from Tulse hill station (20 mins from Streatham hill station). Great transport links, lots of busses around if needed too.

The room comes part furnished with a bed.

3 other housemates are great. All working professionals so lots of busy schedules.

Bills come to usually around £75 per person per month

Move in date is listed as 7th of Aug as I will be moving most of my stuff out on 30th July but will need to come back for the rest clean etc. Happy to discuss earlier move in date if needed.
