Hello!
I’m moving out of our gorgeous home and need someone to move in late August/early September (flexible with dates)

The room is a double fully furnished south facing room, it has plenty of sunlight and looks out into the garden.

We have 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a newly refurbed kitchen, lounge, balcony and communal gardens. The house is cool in summer and warm in winter!

FLATMATES
Current flatmates are friendly, sociable, love to go climbing and to the pub and always down for a hangout and chat. I would definitely recommend them to live with!

AREA/TRANSPORT
Based on Brixton hill, we are very well connected with many bus routes a 1 min walk from the front door. Brixton station is just down the road which connects to the Victoria line, Clapham Common and Clapham North station both within walking distance for the Northern line (or a 6min Lime bike ride)
