I am looking for a lodger, whom I could trust to take a good care of my little home, as I need to be away a lot due to family & health reasons 🥲

*ARRANGEMENT*

- All bills included: Electricity, heating, water, broadband, council tax, cleaning
- Cleaner for the whole flat in every 2 weeks
- “Live-in” landlord: I need to be away approx. 3 weeks each months (staying in the living room while in London), so you’d be alone in the flat cca. 75% of the time!

- I’m a 35 year old auditor from Budapest
- my party days are over, I’m all about healthy lifestyle now: gym/Pilates every day, walking a lot, I don’t drink (but of course I don’t mind if you do ☺️)
- I’m a bit of a clean-freak 🫣 I absolutely not expect you to be the same, but it would be a better fit for both of us, if you’d be somewhat similar in this: you feel good at home when your environment is nice and tidy, and not piling up unwashed dishes, laundry on the floor, oily stains on the kitchen counter etc 🥹
