A spacious room(south facing), overlooking the patio /garden in a beautiful shared house with lovely and friendly housemates.
The room has its own bathroom with a shower, a very spacious wardrobe, and living room area.
The current layout of the furniture is currently different from pictures (previous tenants preferred to swap the bedroom and tv area).
The advertised price is for single occupancy only!
The house is a less than 5min walk to streatham hill station, a minute walk to the high street with lots of frequent buses to Brixton, Clapham and central London.
Lots of supermarkets, cafes, restaurants and shops on the high street.
This house might be going on sale soon reason why I am adversing for 3 months but the tenant can stay as long as it takes to sell the house. I happy for a short stay /flexible stay both ways. I might be able to do a deal for someone agreeing on a flexible agreement.
