About me (landlord) – health and fitness-oriented. I regularly go to the gym and occasionally do a 5K run at Brockwell Park. I maintain a clean, tidy and clutter-free living environment. I work from home two to three days per week.

I currently occupy two rooms (Rooms 1 and 4) and would ideally like one other individual to rent the other two rooms (Rooms 2 and 3), giving a total household occupancy of two people. I would also consider renting the rooms individually, with a maximum intended occupancy of three people including me. I have listed all four rooms to give potential future housemates flexibility over which rooms they prefer.

About you – open to all types of renters, including students and professionals. Non-smokers only. Ideally someone who is naturally clean and tidy and does not rely on a cleaner to maintain shared spaces.
