I'm leaving for 2 months this summer and therefore I have a double bedroom available for July and August/beginning of Sept (dates are flexible).

Your room has a bed with storage underneath (6 large drawers), a built-in closet and a desk and chair. The mattress is new from 2 months ago with mattress pad and protector.

The rent is £900 / month. It includes rent plus all utility bills (water, electricity and gaz) plus service charge, tv licence, council tax, wifi and sky! Basically no extra charges!!

The flat is located on the corner of Upper Tulse Hill and Brixton Hill, 2 minutes away from the bus stops going to and from Brixton tube station/Streatham Hill train station. Tons of buses on Brixton Hill and Brockwell Park is only 10 min away from the flat.

For those of you who don't know Brixton, just google Brixton Village, Market Row, Pop Brixton, O2 academy Brixton and Brockwell Park and you'll see why this neighbourhood is in demand!

The flat is 100 m2, split on 2 levels, loads of space, large living room and big kitchen making communal life very easy.
One shared separate bathroom and toilet for us 3. A balcony for the sunny days and lovely quiet neighbours!

You'll be sharing the flat with David and Jazz, both chill and cool but responsible and serious when they need. We all play football together and go for the occasional pint. We socialise together but also have our very own groups of friends. We keep the flat nice and tidy thanks to a cleaning rota but we are far from OCD'd...

Even though this sublet is for 2 months only, we are looking for a like-minded person they can get along with, not just anyone to fill the space.

Not really bothered by your gender or age, more interested in finding someone that is respectful and with whom we can create a great shared house vibe. We want someone financially stable and well-adjusted (we all have our personal problems!) as we love our drama free environment.

Kind of hard to judge people from a spareroom profile but if you could tell us a bit about yourself, what you like doing in your free time etc that would help you get a shoe in!
