I have a room available in my flat in Ladywell which has recently been refurbished to the highest standards, including wooden or marble floors throughout.

Surrounded by trees and fields, yet still within really close reach of Canary Wharf or the West end, the flat is close to local amenities including gyms, an athletics track, swimming pool and a short bus ride away from Greenwich & its cinemas. There is also a garden area where you can relax in private.

The rooms is bright and well sized, facing the sunny side of the house and will certainly be one of the better rooms available to view. Ideally, I would be looking for a flatmate who won't be WFH a lot (1-2 days a week would be fine) as the flat isn't generally heated during business hours due to it's size.

I work as a yacht charter broker and am looking to flatshare with intelligent, kind and career-focused people who will benefit from a great place to live and socialize, yet still be respectful of each other's privacy and living environment.
