The property is in a convenient location for shops and transport.
Brockley is between Lewisham, Catford and Forest Hill and not too far from Greenwich.

Crofton park train station zone 3 (Thameslink line) is 6 minute walk away. Trains to Peckham and Denmark Hill, (connection to Victoria) and overground
Elephant and Castle, Blackfriars (for the City, Moorgate, Bank, St Pauls Cathederal, The Tate Modern) Euston, Kings Cross St. Pancras. Intl (EuroStar) and British
Library.

Honor Oak Overgound station (connects to Bond Street) via Canada Water, Canary Wharf, Stratford
Honor Oak Park to London Bridge, Waterloo, Charing Cross 20-30 mins is a 15 min walk or 5 minutes on the P4 bus which also goes to Brixton.

If you like a bus ride the 172 (my favourite) in around 1 hour depending on traffic takes you to Waterloo bridge/Aldwych/Strand for the Lyceum showing Lion King, and many theatres also Covent garden, Somerset house, and Trafalgar square
also Kings College.

Good location for students attending Goldsmiths University, Lewisham Hospital, Kings hospital. Camberwell, Kings College Aldwych Central London.

This is a quiet neighbourhood.
A few minutes walk to the Co-Op, Budgens, Brockley Jack pub and theatre, and the famous Rivoli ballroom, wine bars, Indian, Chinese and Caribbean takeaways fish and chips from the award winning Brockley Rock is less then 15 minute walk away.
