Unfortunately one of our flatmates is leaving us so we are looking for someone to fill the room on a 12 month contract.

You'd be living with myself (James, 28) recent politics graduate, part-time bartender and Conor, 28, actor. We're both very easy going people and aren't big party animals so would like someone who is of a similar mindset. Conor is quite a keen cook and I am a wannabe mixologist, so if you like good food and good booze then this is the perfect home for you.

The room is £550 p/m and will be this is excluding bills and council tax which never come to more than £100 p/m. Rent is paid on the 19th of every month so we'd like someone to move in around this date or on this date ideally. The room itself will be effectively unfurnished with only the shelves staying, the bed can be sold onto whoever is moving in however, so you can make it how you want. Also as much as we love furry animals the flat is completely carpeted so we can't allow pets unfortunately!

We're located in an excellent location for transport, being a 3 min walk to Brockley Overground station and opposite a bus stop for connections to Elephant & Castle, Lewisham and Central London. The beautiful Hilly Fields is a 10 min walk, and Telegraph Hill park is a 15 min walk, so green spaces aren't far away.
