I’m due to be moving out for 2 months as have a work placement outside of London, looking for someone to take over my room for this time. It is a bright and comfortable single room in a friendly, sociable house. All bills are included so it is nice and straightforward.

We are looking for a friendly, easygoing housemate who enjoys a clean and stress-free living environment. The rest of the housemates are sociable and enjoy spending time together, but also value their own space and downtime. It is a relaxed household where everyone is respectful and gets on well.

The house has a lovely garden which is great in warmer months, as well as parking available. Location wise it is very well connected, with Brockley and St Johns stations both under a 10 minute walk away, and Deptford Bridge DLR around 15 minutes on foot.
