Our current housemate is heading to Australia at the end of October and so we are looking for a groovy new housemate to move in as soon as possible.

We are a fun chilled out household of two guys in our late 20s and early 40s, both in different professions. We would ideally want someone who would be happy to hang out and socialize, but we also greatly respect privacy.

This is a spacious double room in a great location with access to all the usual amenities; local shops, cafes and with multiple train station & bus stops very close by.

Please note: these photos are from just before we moved in, so the place is a little more lived in, but it's not drastically different.

We have some fantastic neighbours who are also good for a mingle. They have a friendly and rather curious cat. So if you're a cat fan, that's a bonus.

We have multiple bus routes right outside our door as well as train stations a short walk away including: Brockley, New Cross, Deptford Bridge and St. John's.

The room is £809 per month and bills usually work out between £120-130 per month (but it does vary).

We will also need references please.
