Large unfurnished room available in beautiful flat in Brockley, 10 minutes walk from the Overground and 8 minutes from St Johns station (8 mins into London Bridge).

The room is available on a short-term basis, for 1-3 months. It would suit someone as a stop-gap place between rentals, or while waiting for a house purchase to go through. Also open to people staying in London on a short-term basis for work or study.

You’d be lodging with me, the owner. I’m friendly, respectful and calm. I work as a Civil Servant, with a mixture of home and office working.

The flat has one shared bathroom and a shared kitchen with all amenities. There is secure storage for bikes and free parking on the street outside. Large shared garden out back which is lovely as we get into Spring and Summer. The flat is in a large Victorian building, one of 8 flats. It’s quiet and residential.
