After 3 years living with my lovely housemates I'm moving out to live with my partner. Now looking for an equally lovely person to take on my room! It's a spacious double bedroom in wholesome all girl household in Brockley.

The housemates/house:

Four professionals who all enjoy a catch up in the evening and on weekends, pub trips and the odd big night out. We keep a cosy and tidy home and respect each others space and need to relax. The house is LGBTQI+ inclusive.

The flat is really spacious and during the week a chilled out place, although we like to come together to eat/watch telly etc.

The area:

Brockley is known for being a leafy area with lots of open green spaces like Hilly Fields, Ladywell Fields, Brockley Cemetery, Blythe Hill and more! Lots of independent cafés, bakeries, pubs and restaurants. We're a 5 min walk from Crofton Park station (Thameslink), 10 min walk to Brockley station (Overground), and the 171, 172, 122 buses stop right outside.

Nearby: Peckham, Nunhead, Honor Oak, New Cross, Lewisham and Deptford.

The room:

Spacious double bedroom which includes a desk, wardrobe, chest of drawers and side tables. I own the curtain rail, bed and mattress but happy to sell the bed and mattress for £100.

Rent, bills and deposit:

Rent is £770 p/month with bills totalling approx. £100 p/month.

Deposit is £807.60.

Availability:

A bit of flexibility as I already have a place to move in to but earliest would be W/C 12th October and latest 1st November!
