The house has a kitchen with washing machine / cooker / fridge-freezer, microwave etc. The house has a fitted bathroom with a bath, shower and separate WCs. You will also have access to a dining area on the ground floor.

There is a large garden located at the rear of the property, where bikes can also be stored if necessary.

The house is located on the 284 bus route which travels directly to Lewisham Shopping Centre and Station in on direction & Catford Station in the opposing direction. Other nearby bus stops (4mins walk) serve buses -122, P4 and 484

The house is a 5 minute walk to Ladywell station which has direct access to London Bridge (9mins), Cannon Street (13mins) Waterloo East (13mins), and Charing Cross (18mins). It is a 15min walk to Lewisham station and DLR (Canary Wharf 17mins) and multiple other locations via National Rail.

The house is also 8 minute walk to Crofton Park Station which has direct trains to Elephant & Castle, Blackfriars and Farringdon.

Local amenities in Ladywell include two charming cafes, a delicatessen, flower shop, a Pizza Restaurant coming soon and a butcher.
