The house has a bus stop 10 seconds walk away with quick access to bromley south in around 10 minutes

Grove Park is about 20 mins away by walking and bus or prob 25 mins walk

We are looking for someone who is fun and happy.

The rent I am asking for is very reasonable in my view given all the facilities on offer especially the cinema room!
