We have a room to let in our house, on quiet residential road with on-road parking available. The room is a single with a double bed & has lots of storage space in the fitted wardrobes.

We have a large open plan kitchen for you to share, as well as a large bathroom and additional downstairs toilet.

Local amenities include a train station within a 10 min walk, with trains to. London Bridge/Charing Cross, shops, cafes, bars, parks and gyms.

Great location for anyone studying at King's College in Beckenham.

Unfortunately this let is not suitable for those who WFH or couple's.

We have a dog, a quiet, gentle soul who sleeps most of the day.

We would consider a Mon-Friday let at a reduced price. Happy to discuss.
