Single room available in a bright Victorian family house with a cat and a piano! We (1 adult and 1 child - aged 10. Childs father sometimes stays at weekend) are generally very quiet and stay in a lot. House has 2 bathrooms and a garden. Lounge is cosy with a wood burner.

The room is small - enough to fit a single bed, wardrobe and a small desk and chair. Therefore, this would probably suit someone who doesn't work from home.

Happy to consider reducing the rent in exchange for babysitting and / or cleaning, so that could suit a student?
