Double room available in friendly gay house share (live in landlord) 2 mins walk to PETTS WOOD train station, Zone 5. Direct trains to Charing Cross, Waterloo East, London Bridge and Victoria. About 30 mins. Also 2 mins walk to 208, 273, R3 and N199 Buses.
12' x 9' bedroom with double bed, Wardrobes, Drawers, shelves etc. Though this is all flexible.
£600 a month for a single guy. £800 for 2 guys sharing the room. £200 deposit.
Rent includes all bills. Virgin WiFi broadband, Gas, Electric, Water etc. Two Bathroom/Shower rooms. Large fitted kitchen with Hob, Ovens, Microwaves, Fridges and Freezers, Dishwasher, Washing Machines etc. Very Large garden, patio and secluded area. Suit a guy interested in gardening.
House share with other gay guys including landlord. We enjoy house dinners and trips to our local Wetherspoons pub.
Looking for sociable, easy going guy, employed, calm, NON SMOKING, NO DRUGS. Parking available in the road. Preferable looking for Gay or Bi guys.
