Hi. I'm a friendly, gay, Irish, classical musician/teacher, looking for a new housemate. All types welcome. Non-smoker preferred. Rent reflective of the size of the property. Spacious - lots of light, yet cosy. Balcony with attractive views on both sides of house - a real oasis! Large kitchen, large living room. All mod cons: TV, Wi-fi, washing machine, dishwasher, etc. - and even a piano!
