Delightful, bedsitting room in a large Chartist cottage in Dodford. Well furnished and comfortable. Off road parking to the rear of the cottage. Own entrance, own bathroom, Use of lounge( not shared with owners) Own area in 40 foot kitchen with own cooker, own fridge freezer and Cupboard space. Very large garden. The room itself has a feature fireplace and is quite cosy. The footprint of the cottage is an L shape. We live in one half and the other half is let to two tenants. The other room which is galleried is also available to let. See the other ad. The location is 3 miles from J4 of the M5 and J1 of the M42 so easy access to networks. This is a smallholding and we have dogs so a liking for canines would be an advantage. You don't have to come into contact with them if you don't want to. I also have a horse.
(There is potential for keeping horses here as we have three vacant stables tack/feed room and two paddocks. This would of course be extra)This is a lovely part of Worcestershire and a very pleasant village. Excellent pubs Lovely walks etc.
