Ground floor room with back door access, has a small toilet and sink located next to the room. The bed is a single double and has a wardrobe in the room & the windows are double glazed.

The shower and kitchen is shared with current family (son & mother).

As this is a family home we don’t allow visitors and needs to be someone who is quite & clean.

We prefer someone who is going to work during so the house is unoccupied rather then working from home.

We have limited space also so be wary of what you are bringing for cooking utensils, you need to clean as you go as the kitchen is shared.
