Rent includes all bills , WiFi and 2 cleaning sessions a month to deep clean the bedroom and bathroom. Bathroom to be shared with one other, very clean, female.

Pets are welcome. The extra monthly charge for keeping a pet in your room will be £100 extra per month. No large/medium sized dogs. Miniature dogs/puppies. Very tiny dogs that never grow, is ok. Cats are fine.

Any stays less than 3 months. The rental will be higher than the monthly rate stated. £30 a night plus an end of tenancy cleaning fee as a one off of £50.
