We're also on the number 20 bus route. We have Epping Forest within a 1 minute walk of the house - perfect for being outdoors.

Who we're looking for

We'd love to welcome a friendly, considerate student or professional woman who would enjoy living in a relaxed family home rather than a busy house share.

We're easy-going and friendly, and enjoy a chat, but equally appreciate having our own space and respecting each other's privacy. We're looking for someone independent and thoughtful who will feel comfortable making themselves at home.

Rent: £850 per month, including all bills and broadband.

Deposit: £850.

References requested.
