I am looking to rent out a double bedroom at my home to a nice and friendly professional.

It is a nice , neat and quiet family home. My Family has relocated to India but we travel frequently between Uk & India and would be staying here definitly few months every year.

Its a 5 bedroom house and I am ok to rent one or two room to friendly mature professional. Open for both male & Female.

Rent will includes all utility Bills except council tax which we will discuss.

I am flexible with tenancy so can consider short term, long term or Mon to Fri let for the right person.

For Couples - We need to discuss and agree on rent. Rent advertised is for single occupancy only.

House is Located at Thirsk Garden, Milton Keynes MK3

7 to 10 mins walk from Local Bus Stop, and Local shops
10 mins drive from CMK station or 5 mins from Bletchley Train Station.
