It has its own spacious private bathroom with large bath and separate shower.
Broadband, Freeview TV/DVD, large ‘smart’ TV in bedroom, radio alarm, central heating etc. Cleaning and change of linen. VERY comfortable and private.
The village is very pretty and quiet but only minutes from the M1 Junctions 14 & 15 and Central Milton Keynes. 15 minutes from Hanslope Park and 20 minutes to Cranfield University or Northampton. A real home from home.

"What a lovely place and landlady
I stayed in the annex for approximately 3 months and found the location absolutely idyllic. It is very peaceful and quiet with only a short walk across the fields to a lovely country pub.
The annex is very spacious and is far enough away from the main house to feel very separate. Jane (landlady) made my stay very welcoming, I had my own independence and was not disturbed by anyone. I found Jane very amenable to my requests and where she could bend and flex to suit my needs she listened and worked hard to accommodate them. The cleanliness of the annex is second to none
The quality of the furnishings and bedding is of a very high (and comfortable) standard. The shower is piping hot and powerful – its these little things that count when your away from home.

“I lived in this annexe for 8 months whilst contracting to a client in Milton Keynes, Jane, Rob and family made me feel very welcome. It’s a fantastic quiet location in private grounds and completely separate from the main house. The accommodation is light and airy, well maintained and comes fully equipped with everything you need to move straight in. Every Monday when I returned to the annexe it had been cleaned from top to bottom with fresh bedding and towels.
