Hi, I am 46, female and have a double bedroom available for rent in my house from 1st March 2026. I have three very friendly dogs (tiny) plus housemates who are 28 and 36, one male, one female. There is a large shared kitchen, utility room, super fast WiFi, conservatory and patio area. There are three toilets, one downstairs, the main shared bathroom and one en-suite bathroom which I use solely. All bills are included. £650pcm plus £250 deposit.
