We’re offering two bright and comfortable double rooms in our modern 4 bed detached house 🏡 in a quiet HP13 setting, backing directly onto National Trust land — yet still within easy reach of High Wycombe town centre and local amenities. The house enjoys open views across rolling hills 🌳🌳 with beautiful walking routes quite literally on the doorstep, perfect if you enjoy fresh air, greenery and peaceful surroundings.

Both rooms are fully furnished, filled with natural light ☀️ and look out onto the countryside. The main bathroom is modern and shared exclusively between the two housemates, so it’s a comfortable and straightforward setup. Low occupancy house.

We are a friendly, full-time working couple in a calm, well-kept home. We keep things relaxed and have a very snuggly cat called Darwin.

We’re looking for tidy, considerate people in full-time work or postgraduate study who want a welcoming and peaceful place to come home to.
