We are 3 professional males in our 30s living in a 4 bed house in High Wycombe off Hughenden Road (5-10 min walk from Morrisons).

Our flatmate had to move out at short notice and we are looking for someone to replace him until our lease ends on 29 April. There are 2 ensuite rooms and yours will be one of it on the 2nd floor. The remaining 2 rooms are on the 1st floor. No couples sorry.

Rent is £720 including bills which comes with a cleaner twice a month. Room itself is unfurnished except a double mattress (common areas i. e. living room & kitchen fully furnished). The living room also opens up to a small patio/back garden.
