Two lovely double bedrooms available in a well-presented detached house, situated in a quiet no-through road just a 20-minute walk from the town centre.

The house offers a calm and comfortable environment, with a shared kitchen fully equipped with all essentials, including a washing machine and tumble dryer. The bathroom will be shared with one other tenant.

I am a live-in landlord, and the household is relaxed and respectful. There will be just one other lodger in addition to myself. My primary school-aged children stay with me occasionally, which creates a friendly, family-oriented atmosphere at times.

Both rooms have built in wardrobes with shelving, plus plenty of other storage space available. There is a bathroom that is shared exclusively between the two lodgers (the landlord has an en suite to use).

I am looking for two tenants who would feel comfortable in a home environment with my young children present from time to time.
