Must be clean & tidy. I will expect that the shared spaces are always kept fresh.
I don't smoke myself but smoking is fine outside.
I'm a Cornish local. I have two friendly, clean, well behaved Dogs, they come with me to work etc. But you must be good with dogs.
I do my own thing and spend time working on my cars, bikes and watching motorsport & movies.
I tend to live by the 11pm rule so around 11/midnight, the noise levels drop for consideration. Not a party house.
My character is very sarcastic with dark sense of humour and I say things straight how they are. If you’re easily offended this isn’t the house for you.
